Rates & Insurance

If you would like details about session rates, please call me. 

I am on most insurance panels, such as Aetna, BCBS, Medica, UMR, UHC, etc. Please contact your insurance company to be sure I am in-network.

Payment

To make payments simple and stress-free, I securely keep your card on file for co-pays and any remaining balances not covered by insurance. Payment is due before each session, and cash or checks are always welcome. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a late cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged a $100 fee. This policy allows me to offer your reserved time to another client in need and ensures that sessions run smoothly and respectfully for everyone’s schedule.
